Event Facilities

During the event there are live track shows (referred to as the track being hot). The track shows are a non-competitive, procession/demonstration of groups of amazing cars around the track. The track show is marshaled and controlled at all times by MotorSport Vision Racing (MSVR) under strict MSA guidelines.

The track is an approx. 1km circuit within the show site. There is viewing in many places along the track and visitor can also see the cars preparing for their demonstration in the paddock. The start line is located near the paddock and commentary box. There will be live track commentary throughout the parades and all the action is captures and shown on screens across the event site. Please stay off the track at all times, especially when the track is live (i.e. a demonstration is taking place).

The Track

There are four track crossing points for public and staff use, and an additional two for staff and volunteer use only. These will all be marked on the event map in your pocket guide. Please ensure you always use the crossing points when walking around the event, and respect the marshals and stewards who manage the crossing points. They are there for everyone’s safety.

When the track is hot (when a track show is taking place), or preparing to be hot, the crossing points will be closed for public and staff and no one will be permitted to cross the track. During this time both visitors and staff must use one of the two bridges. Unfortunately these bridges are not fully accessible and those who are in wheelchairs or unable to climb stairs should wait for the crossing points to re-open.

Track show and crossing times will be available in your pocket guide.
