Britains Best stands are located in FoodFest and are in pop up gazebos.

The gazebo's are multi-coloured and a standard size of 3X3m (but multiple units may be booked). Each gazebo is provided with a basic trestle table, measuring 183cm (L) X 76cm (W). Trestle tables are hired direct from our suppliers. You will be liable to pay the replacement charges if your table is damaged or missing at the end of the event weekend. There is no flooring provided.

The gazebo may not have any permanent fixings attached to it (nails, screws, staples etc), but you may use anything temporary (tape, velcro etc) provided that this does not damage the walling. Any costs incurred for damage will be charged back to the exhibitor and photo evidence will be provided in any cases where charges are applied.

The gazebo’s will be supplied with a front door panel and it is your responsibility to close up your stand in the evenings.

The Designer Village is located in StarFest.

Each stand is within a 3X2.5m chalet-style hut and will have wooden walls, ceiling, front opening hatches and flooring.

The walling may not have any permanent fixings attached to it (nails, screws, staples etc), but you may use anything temporary (tape, velcro etc) provided that this does not damage the walling. Any costs incurred for damage will be charged back to the exhibitor and photo evidence will be provided in any cases where charges are applied.

The Great Taste Market marquee is located in Foodfest and is exclusively for Guild of Fine Food Members.

Great Taste Market stands are 3mX2m, include solid back walls and side walls, as well as a solid fitted floor, and are located inside a marquee.

The walling may not have any permanent fixings attached to it (nails, screws, staples etc), but you may use anything temporary (tape, velcro etc) provided that this does not damage the walling. Any costs incurred for damage will be charged back to the exhibitor and photo evidence will be provided in any cases where charges are applied.

Pop up gazebo stands are located throughout the event site. Check your contract, and/or the floorplan for the location of your pop up gazebo.

The gazebo's are all white, a standard size of 3X3m (but multiple units may be booked). There is no flooring provided.

Shedding stands are located in StarFest, Outdoor Living and Cars Fields. Check your contract, and/or the floorplan for the location of your shedding stand.

Shedding is a space located within a marquee and the space will have a PVC back wall and side walls. Shedding does not come with flooring. Shedding stands will vary in size, but have minimum/maximum depth of 3m. Check your contract for the size you have booked.

Shell Scheme stands are located within one of two marquees in Foodfest.

Shell scheme stands will vary in size, but have minimum/maximum depth of 3m. Check your contract for the size you have booked. The stands include solid back walls and side walls wrapped in white leather look material, as well as a solid fitted floor. All walls can be customised in colour and/or design to match your brand. Options and prices are listed below.

• Graphic Wrapping (using your own artwork) £45 +vat per m2

• Coloured Walls (red, yellow, green, blues and tonal colours available) £25 +vat per m2

• Customised Signs (using Foamex material) priced on application

To book any on branding or wall colours, please contact Simon Horner providing your company name, stand size and stand number if known. The deadline for booking is Friday 4th July.

The walling may have fixings attached to it (tape, Velcro, nails, staples etc), but we ask you take care not to damage the walling. Heavier items such as shelving should be fix in to the frame work of a cross beam to give the strongest hold.  Any costs incurred for damage will be charged back to the exhibitor and photo evidence will be provided in any cases where charges are applied.

Space only stands have booked and paid for a plot of land at the event. Refer to your contract for size of space booked or contact your Sales Team contact.

No flooring or structure of any kind will be built or provided. Construction of stands over 36m2 must be by an appointed contractor, and structural sign offs will be sought from the contractor, and will be subject to scrutiny and further sign off by our Site Safety Team.

No pinning into the ground will be permitted unless you have approval from the Operations Team, this is due to underground services across the event field.

If you are appointing a contractor to build your stand, or carry out any other service, then you must establish that the contractor has the skills, knowledge and experience required before contracting them. You will need to provide details of your structure on Form 1 - Compulsory Declaration via Festival Pro.
