Onsite Services

There are a range of additional onsite services available to book for the duration of your time at CarFest. These include:

Power - provided by Project Power

  • Various power packages are available to purchase for your stand. To inquire about ordering power for your stand, please complete the online Power Booking Form. Available power packages and prices are listed below.

  • The deadline for booking power services is 17:00 on Friday 8th August. Please note that any order requests received after 17:00 on Friday 8th August will be subject to a 20% late booking surcharge. Any order requests received after Friday 15th August will be subject to a 50% late booking surcharge and kit availability on-site. 

  • Power to Exhibitor stands will not be switched on until 12:00 on Thursday 21st August.

Wi-fi - provided by Infinium IT

  • Wi-fi is only available to space only/stand alone Exhibitors, Charities and Sponsors only, and coverage is not provided for any Exhibitors within Britain's Best or the Food & Drink Marquees. To have wi-fi to your stand you must also have a power supply booked.

  • To inquire about ordering a wi-fi package for your stand, please contact Infinium IT via email or phone on 01253 523575 for more information. When contacting Infinium IT, please provide your company name, field location (StarFest, SpaFest, KidsFest etc.), type of stand and stand number if known.

  • Prices are provided on application and are subject to your requirements.

  • The deadline for booking wi-fi packages is 17:00 on Friday 8th August. Please ensure you book your wi-fi package prior to the deadline, as there is no capacity for last-minute orders onsite.

Water & Plumbing

  • If you require fresh water or waste water removal direct to your stand please inquire by contacting the Operations Team for more information. The ability to get a fresh water supply is subject to location. Prices are provided on application and are subject to your requirements.

  • ·There are cold water taps located around the event site for communal Exhibitor, Content Provider and visitor use. Hose pipes must not be connected to these taps in any circumstance. You may fill small containers at the taps.  

  • The deadline for booking water and/or plumbing services is Friday 11th July. Please ensure you book your water and/or plumbing services prior to the deadline, as there is no capacity for last-minute orders on-site.

Fencing & Furniture

  • We can make hire arrangements for basic fencing and furniture hire for your stand. Options available for fencing and furniture are listed below.

    CCB (Crowd Control Barrier) Low Fencing (1m H X 2.3m W) £10 +£0.48 booking fee & vat per panel (includes installation)
    Heras High Fencing (2m H X 3.5m W) £15 + £0.72 booking fee & vat per panel (includes blocks (feet), clips (between each panel) and installation)
    Basic Trestle Table (183cm L X 76cm W) £15 + £0.72 booking fee & vat per table
    Basic Folding Chair £6 + £0.29 booking fee & vat per chair

  • All bookings and payments for fencing and/or furniture are made via Festival Pro Form 2 - Additional Requirements.

  • Please be aware that all fencing and/or furniture is hired direct from our suppliers. You will be liable to pay the replacement charges for any damaged or missing items.

  • The deadline for booking fencing and/or furniture is Friday 11th July. Please ensure you book your fencing and/or furniture prior to the deadline, as there is no capacity for last-minute orders on-site.

  • Please note that only Britain's Best Exhibitors are provided with 1 trestle table as standard. 

Forklift Hire & Storage

  • We offer a pallet lifting service using a telehandler or straightmast. This service is charged at £25 + £1.20 booking fee & vat per pallet and includes picking up the pallet from a truck to a single location of your choice.

  • Dry storage is available in the Production Area, and is charged at £50 + £2.40 booking fee & vat per pallet. Access to the Production Area is limited and there is roaming security, however all stock is left at your own risk and we wouldn't recommend storing high value equipment. CarFest doesn't take any liability for any missing/damaged stock. 

  • All bookings and payments for pallet lifts and/or storage are made via Festival Pro Form 2 - Additional Requirements.

  • The deadline for booking pallet lifts and/or storage is Friday 11th July. Please ensure you book your pallet lifts and/or storage prior to the deadline, as booking requests whilst on-site are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Cold storage is available and is priced on application. Please contact the Operations Team if you are interested in booking cold storage.

Onsite Catering - provided by Bread & Butter Catering

  • Catering is available to book for your onsite teams for breakfast, lunch and dinner between Monday 18th and Tuesday 26th August. Breakfast is served between 07:00 & 09:00, lunch is served between 12:00 & 14:00 and dinner is served between 17:30 & 19:30. A menu of delicious hot and cold options is changed daily, with something to cater for all tastes and dietary requirements. Meal prices are listed below. Breakfast £7.50 +vat per person Lunch £10.50 +vat per person Dinner £10.50 +vat per person

  • The crew catering tent is located within the Production Compound and is accessible for all Participant Wristband holders, but not Public Wristband holders.

  • To inquire about menu options and to book catering, please contact Amanda & Lewis from Bread & Butter Catering.

  • The deadline for booking catering is Friday 11th July. Please note that any booking requests received after Friday 11th July cannot be guaranteed and will be charged at £8 +vat for breakfast and £11 +vat for lunch and dinner.  

Onsite Camping - bring your own tent/vehicle

  • The Blue Campsite is located on the west side of the event site, next to day visitor parking. This is only a short walk away from the main event site. There is car parking, toilets, showers, a washing up area and chemical waste disposal available in the campsite. 

  • The Blue Campsite is open from 12:00 Wednesday 20th August to 12:00 Monday 25th August. Entry will not be permitted outside of these times.

  • These camping facilities are available exclusively for Exhibitors, Content Providers and Car Clubs. Tent, Campervan and Caravan pitches are available, prices are listed below.

    Tent Camping Pitch 6X6m (X2 medium sized tents) £180 + £8.64 booking fee & vat
    Campervan or Caravan Pitch 9X6m (X1 vehicle, plus awning) £200 + £9.60 booking fee & vat
    Campervan or Caravan Pitch with power 9X6m (X1 vehicle, plus awning) £255 + £12.24 booking fee & vat

  • All bookings and payments for camping are made via Festival Pro Form 2 - Additional Requirements.

  • The deadline for booking camping is Friday 11th July. Please ensure you book your camping prior to the deadline, as booking requests whilst on-site are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Onsite Camping - pre-pitched tents provided by Tangerine Fields

  • The Tangerine Fields Campsite is located on the east side of the event site, next to the music arena. This is only a short walk away from the main stage. There is car parking, toilets, showers and a cafe available in the campsite. 

  • The campsite is open from 18:00 Thursday 21st August, when check in will be open until 21:00, to 10:00 Monday 25th August. Entry will not be permitted outside of these times.

  • The team at Tangerine Fields are offering Exhibitors a £20 voucher for their Tangerine Cafe for bookings of two or more tents, and an exclusive 10% discount on bookings of five or more tents. Various tent sizes are available and options can be found on the Tangerine Fields website.

  • To make a booking, please contact Tangerine Fields via email, quoting your company name, field location (StarFest, SpaFest, KidsFest etc.) and stand number if known.

Local Accommodation - provided by Village Hotels

  • We have teamed up with Village Hotels as our Official Hotel Partner of CarFest 2025 and they have very kindly agreed a discounted room rate at The Village Hotel Basingstoke.

  • These room rates are exclusive to CarFest Sponsors, Exhibitors & Content Providers and include breakfast, car parking, access to the leisure club and VWorks coworking space. Rooms rates are listed below.

    Single occupancy £160 per room per night Double occupancy £170 per room per night

  • To make a booking, please contact Rachel Wall, via email or phone on 01256 436628, quoting booking code CARFEST-VILLAGE25. The deadline for booking with discounted room rates is Monday 30th June.

HGV/Trailer Parking - provided by Popham Airfield

  • There is strictly no parking for HGVs (Heavy Goods Vehicles over 7.5tonne) and/or trailers on the event site.

  • Parking for HGVs and trailers is available at nearby Popham Airfield, Coxford Down, Winchester,  SO21 3BD.  The airfield is approximately a 7 minute drive from the event site.

  • Parking for the duration of the event is free of charge this year, however booking must still be made in advance by contacting Popham Airfield, via email or by phone on 01256 397733 (option 2) or 07785 313171.

  • In exchange for this service, you may consider making a donation to the charities that we support by visiting the CarFest donations page here. The recommended donation is £50 per vehicle.
