Wristbands
In mid August, Form 2 - Site Induction will be emailed to the lead contact registered on Festival Pro. This form is to be shared with all members/car owners who will be on the event during build, event open and break periods. Upon completion of Form 2, each individual person will be emailed with a site induction QR code.
In mid-August, at least 1-week before the event, the lead contact registered on Festival Pro will be emailed a unique e-ticket for each club member. These are to be distributed by the lead contact.
Any changes to club member names can be done up until 2 weeks before the event, by clicking the original form link for Form 1 in the Welcome email.
Any changes that need to be made within 2 weeks of the event, please email the Operations Team.
Each display vehicle includes 2 adult weekend wristbands, with an additional 2 adult weekend wristbands provided for each car club. As a reminder, the 2 additional adult weekend wristbands do not provide a complimentary vehicle pitch. Additional wristbands are available to purchase via Festival Pro Form 1 - Compulsory Declaration & Additional Requirements.
Wristbands are non-transferable. Once they are removed they become void.
Wristband Allocation
E-tickets & Site Induction - pre event
In mid August, at least 1-week before the event, the lead contact registered on Festival Pro will be emailed with a display vehicle pass as part of an arrival to site pack. The vehicle pass is to be shared with all club members/display car owners, and a copy printed to be displayed in each vehicle.
Upon arrival at the event, the site induction QR code must be shown and a completed display vehicle pass must be visible in the windscreen of all vehicles. If your vehicle pass is not visible you may be directed incorrectly and be held up in event traffic.
Traffic Marshals will direct you to the vehicle display area, where you will be met by a member of the CarFest Management Team. Your site Induction QR code will be checked at this point, you will be issued with a Site Induction Wristband and your vehicle parked on the event site. Event Access Wristbands are either to be collected by the Car Owner/individual club members, or by the Club Manager for distributing to club members. The wristband collection points are located on the Production Pad or in the Blue Car Park. Please note that event access wristbands can only be collected at the below times.
