Car Club & Display Car Manual

Welcome to the CarFest Car Club & Display Car Manual 2024.

This manual includes helpful and important information about the event, how to access the site, access times, wristband information and much more. It is important you read and understand the full manual and event site rules.  

You will be provided with a space within the event to display your vehicle(s). If you are bringing in your own gazebo and/or other structures, you must ensure that you comply to all relevant guidance and safety legislation, specifically the guidance laid out within Temporary Demountable Structures 2017, 4th edition.

All structures will be assessed by the Site Safety Team prior to the event opening. If they deem any to be un-safe, the owner will be asked to take further measures to fasten/secure/make right the structure, or in extreme cases they may asked for the structure to be removed it all together.
