Festival Pro Forms

As a Track Show Entrant at CarFest, it is important that you comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and all other legislation covering the venue. In order for the Operations Team to understand your onsite activities, we ask that you complete a series of online forms. These forms are accessed via your welcome email, which is sent from an online system called Festival Pro. This email is sent to the lead contact registered with Festival Pro.

All forms must be completed by the deadline dates shown below. It is essential that these are filled out accurately and as detailed as possible.

Form 1 - Compulsory Declaration & Additional Requirements Form - link to form sent with welcome email

  • Mandatory form to be completed by the lead contact.

  • Bookings and payment is taken for additional camping and tickets.

  • Deadline for Completion: Friday 8th August.

Form 2 - Site Induction Form - link to form sent via email in early-August

  • Mandatory form to be completed by all staff and onsite personnel. 

  • Deadline for Completion: Prior to site arrival.

MSVR Activity Registration Form - link to form sent via email from Liz Goodrich in early-August

  • Mandatory form to be completed by all drivers.

  • Deadline for Completion: Prior to site arrival.
