Wristbands
Each Track Show Entrant receives two adult weekend wristbands: one Driver and one Driver Guest. Both wristbands provide access to the Drivers Lounge and Guest Bar for the duration of the event. Also included with these two wristbands is breakfast and lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, plus a BBQ and a couple of complimentary drinks on Friday evening. All meals will be served in the drivers lounge. Meal vouchers for each meal will be provided upon your arrival at the event. A complimentary drinks station serving teas, coffees and light refreshments will be available throughout the day.
Additional Driver Guest wristbands and Drivers Lounge catering vouchers are available to purchase via Festival Pro Form 1 - Compulsory Declaration & Additional Requirements.
Wristbands are non-transferable. Once they are removed they become void.
Wristband Allocation
In late July, Form 2 - Site Induction will be emailed to the lead contact registered on Festival Pro. This form is to be shared with all drivers and drivers guests who will be on the event during build, event open and break periods. Upon completion of Form 2, each individual person will be emailed with a site induction QR code.
Site Induction - pre event
In early August, at least 1-week before the event, the lead contact registered on Festival Pro will be emailed with a track vehicle pass as part of an arrival to site pack. The vehicle pass is to be shared with all drivers, and a copy printed to be displayed in each vehicle.
Upon arrival at the event, the site induction QR code must be shown and a completed display vehicle pass must be visible in the windscreen of all vehicles. If your vehicle pass is not visible you may be directed incorrectly and be held up in event traffic.
Traffic Marshals will direct you to the Paddock, where you will be met by a member of the CarFest Management Team. Once your vehicle is parked/in position, please head to the Drivers Lounge to collect your wristbands from the Drivers Registration Team. Your site Induction QR code and drivers licence will be checked at this point and you will be issued with your event access wristband and catering vouchers. Please note that all wristbands are to be be collected by the registered Track Show Entrant only. Wristbands and catering vouchers will not be issued to guests, or until the Track Show Entrants driving licence and site induction QR code has been checked by Liz Goodrich. Please remember to bring both with you!
