Build Up
We understand that it may be essential that some vehicles are removed from the Paddock each night, and returned the following morning. If this is the case for your vehicle, please make the Paddock Marshals aware upon arrival. You must not move your vehicle when the event is open unless prior approval has granted by the Paddock Marshals, who will inform you of a safe exit route. Departure will only commence when it is safe to do so (when the area is clear of public), approx. 30 minutes after the area closes.
Timings for returning your vehicle are:
Friday 23rd August: 07:00-08:00
Saturday 24th August: 07:00-08:00
Sunday 25th August: 07:00-08:00
All vehicles must be in position by 09:00 at the latest.
Vehicle Movement During Event Open Hours
Track Show Entrants are permitted to exit on Sunday 25th August in the evening, subject to the Paddock Marshals approval and with clear guidance and instructions on a safe exit route from the Floor Managers. If you intend to leave your vehicle onsite overnight, breakdown access is from 08:00 on Monday 26th August.
Under no circumstances are children under the age of 16 to be allowed on site before the event opening times, during the build and break periods.

Vehicle Access
If you are taking public transport, we recommend heading into Overton or Basingstoke and getting a taxi to the event site from there. Overton Train Station is approx. a 10-minute drive to the event site, and Basingstoke is approx. a 20-minute drive.
There is a designated taxi drop off and pick up, which can also be used if being dropped off by a friend or family member. Direct the driver to Gate A1 during build and break days or to gate A2 during the event live days (Friday to Saturday). From here follow the signs to production.
We will brief all local taxi firms in advance of the show where this is and that under no circumstances will pick-ups or drop-offs occur anywhere else.
