Additional Requirements

Onsite Camping - bring your own tent/vehicle

• Each Track Show Entrant is provided with one complimentary pitch in the Track Show Campsite. This can either be a Campervan/Caravan pitch with power, a Campervan/Caravan pitch without power or a tent pitch (fitting two two medium sized tents) without power. The Track Show Campsite is located within the event site, next to KidsFest, and is for exclusive use of Track Show Entrants and their guests. There is trailer parking, toilets, showers, a washing up area and chemical waste disposal available in the campsite.

• The Track Show Campsite is open from 12:00 Wednesday 20th August to 12:00 Monday 25th August. Entry will not be permitted outside of these times.

• Additional camping pitches are available to purchase for your guests. Tent, Campervan and Caravan pitches are available, prices are listed below.

  Tent Camping Pitch 6X6m (X2 medium sized tents) £180 +£8.64 booking fee & vat
  Campervan or Caravan Pitch 9X6m (X1 vehicle, plus awning) £200 + £9.60 booking fee & vat
  Campervan or Caravan Pitch with power 9X6m (X1 vehicle, plus awning) £255 + £12.24 booking fee & vat

• All bookings and payments for camping are made via Festival Pro Form 1 - Compulsory Declaration & Additional Requirements.

• The deadline for booking camping is Friday 8th August. Please ensure you book your camping prior to the deadline, as booking requests whilst on-site are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• If you have purchased additional camping pitches, or have friends who are also attending CarFest as Track Show Entrants, and you wish you be next to each other in the campsite please contact Liz to confirm this before you arrive onsite. We will not always be able to accommodate these requests, especially if we do not know until you arrive.

Onsite Camping - pre-pitched tents provided by Tangerine Fields

• The Tangerine Fields Campsite is located on the east side of the event site, next to the music arena. This is only a short walk away from the music arena. There is car parking, toilets, showers and a cafe available in the campsite. 

• The campsite is open from 18:00 Thursday 21st August, when check in will be open until 21:00, to 10:00 Monday 25th August. Entry will not be permitted outside of these times.

• The team at Tangerine Fields are offering Track Show Entrants owners a £20 voucher for their Tangerine Cafe for bookings of two or more tents, and an exclusive 10% discount on bookings of five or more tents. Various tent sizes are available and options can be found on the Tangerine Fields website.

Additional Tickets

• We are offering discounted Driver Guest weekend tickets to purchase for your friends and family. These are priced at 50% of the listed general weekend entry ticket prices, as listed below.

  Adult Driver Guest Weekend Ticket (17+) £82 + £3.94 booking fee & vat
  Child Driver Guest Weekend Ticket (6-16) £23 + £1.10 booking fee & vat

• These tickets include access to the Drivers Lounge and Guest Bar for the duration of the event, but do not include Drivers Lounge catering or camping. Guests with these tickets will not be given entry to back of house/production areas and can only access the event during the event open times.

• Add-on catering is available to purchase for Driver Guests. All meals will be served from the Drivers Lounge, and the voucher will include three breakfasts and three lunches. One catering voucher per person, must be purchased alongside a Driver Guest Ticket. Priced for both adult and children, as listed below.

  Drivers Lounge Catering Voucher £65 + £3.12 booking fee & vat

• All ticket and voucher payments are made via Festival Pro Form 1 - Compulsory Declaration & Additional Requirements.

• The deadline for purchasing additional tickets and catering vouchers is Friday 8th August. 

Transport Vehicle Parking

• If your vehicle(s) is being delivered to the event on a transport vehicle please make sure you inform the Operations Team via Form 1 - Compulsory Declaration & Additional Requirements.

• Parking for trailers is available within the Track Show Campsite, but the space here is limited. If the Campsite Parking area is full, you may be asked to park your vehicle and trailer in the overflow parking area of Blue Car Park.

• Any transport vehicle larger than 7.5tonne must plan to deliver on/before Wednesday 20th August. Parking for larger vehicles is available at at nearby Popham Airfield, Coxford Down, Winchester,  SO21 3BD.  The airfield is approximately a 7 minute drive from the event site. Parking for the duration of the event is free of charge this year, however booking must still be made in advance by contacting Popham Airfield, via email or by phone on 01256 397733 (option 2) or 07785 313171. In exchange for this service, you may consider making a donation to the charities that we support by visiting the CarFest donations page here. The recommended donation is £50 per vehicle.
