Information About Your Stand

Unless you are providing an activity or activation within a structure provided by CarFest, you will be provided with a space only stand.

Space only stands have booked a plot of land at the event. Please refer to your contract for size of space booked or contact the Content Curator team.

No flooring or structure of any kind will be built or provided. Construction of these stands must be by an appointed contractor, and structural sign offs will be sought from the contractor, and will be subject to scrutiny and further sign off by our Site Safety Team.

No pinning into the ground will be permitted unless you have approval from the Operations Team, this is due to underground services across the event field.

If you are appointing a supplier to build your stand, or carry out any other service, then you must establish that the contractor has the skills, knowledge and experience required before contracting them. You will need to provide details of your structure on Festival Pro Form 1 - Compulsory Declaration.

Any deliverables outside of the above is contract specific and to be agreed with your CarFest Management contact.
